The herd is composed of 25 mother cows and one bull named Silver. Our cows are taken outside in the fields 6 months a year.
They mainly eat hay, alfalfa wrapping and crushed cereals.
Calves are raised with their mothers for 6 months.
One part of the meat is sold in our shop at the farm, in packages (to order) and jars.
