The Farm
Bovines
The herd is composed of 25 mother cows and one bull named Silver. Our cows are taken outside in the fields 6 months a year.
They mainly eat hay, alfalfa wrapping and crushed cereals.
Calves are raised with their mothers for 6 months.
One part of the meat is sold in our shop at the farm, in packages (to order) and jars.
Pigs
In 2023, we started to raise pigs, the herd is composed of a dozen of pigs – Basque and Gascon races.
They eat crushed cereals from our own production and vegetables.
